Welcome to Enterprise Tycoon. Tazco Games ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data of our users ("you"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application.

1. Information We Collect

To provide a functional and secure game experience, we collect the following types of information:

• Age Verification: Upon first launch, we ask for your birth year. This is used to comply with global regulations (COPPA/GDPR) and to toggle in-game content filters.
• In-Game Identity: If you sign in via Google Play Games, we receive your unique Player ID and Display Name.
• Game Progress & Assets: We track your in-game balance, owned businesses (IT, Construction, etc.), employees, and premium currency (Diamonds) to maintain your save state.
• Device Data: We collect basic device info (model, OS version) to help us troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance.

2. Third-Party Services & Analytics

Our app integrates several third-party services that have their own privacy policies regarding how they handle data:

• Google Play Games Services: Used for cloud saves, achievements, and identity verification.
• Google AdMob: Used to display rewarded and banner advertisements. AdMob may use device identifiers to serve personalized ads unless restricted by your device settings or age.
• Google Play Billing: All financial transactions for Diamonds are handled securely by Google. We do not see or store your credit card or banking information.

3. Data Storage & Server Sync

Your game progress is stored in two locations:

• Local Storage: Saved directly on your device.
• Cloud Sync (ulta-webs.com): Your progress is periodically synced to our secure servers to prevent data loss if you switch devices or reinstall the app. This data is transmitted via secure HTTPS encryption.

4. Children’s Privacy

Enterprise Tycoon includes an age-gate. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without verified parental consent. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it from our servers immediately.

5. Your Rights and Data Control

You have full control over your data within the game:

• Reset/Delete: You can delete all local and cloud data at any time via the "Delete Account Data" button in the Profile screen.
• Access: You may contact us at the email below to request a copy of the data stored on our servers associated with your Player ID.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security protocols to protect your data. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
